Alisia was a resident of Everett, Washington, and a graduate of Cascade High School, where she was once a part of the Cadets Administration. Those who knew her remember her as bright, spirited, and full of energy.

She was known for her compassion, her love for her friends and family, and her strong sense of community. Originally from Seattle, Alisia maintained deep ties to both cities and was loved by many across the region.

According to the Seattle Police Department, officers responded to reports of gunfire near Wall Street and Western Avenue at approximately 1:10 a.m. on Sunday. Upon arrival, they discovered Alisia in an alleyway between Wall and Vine Street suffering from a gunshot wound.

Despite the life-saving efforts of first responders and Seattle Fire crews, she was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities acted swiftly and identified a female suspect—also believed to be in her late 20s to early 30s—who was taken into custody shortly after the incident.

A firearm was recovered by police, and the suspect is now being held as the Seattle Police Department’s Homicide Unit continues its investigation into the circumstances that led to the deadly shooting.

While law enforcement continues its search for answers, Alisia’s loved ones are left trying to process this unimaginable tragedy. The outpouring of grief across social media reflects just how deeply Alisia impacted those around her.
